After hundreds of years, Legha family wanted in 1998 to fuse its destiny with the gifts of this immortal nature to which it belongs. The family members wanted to complete the biography of Sfire, as they found evidence of heritage and their transcendent skills, the truest witness. At that time, "Safiros" products saw the light.
From the solidity of its fortress, we were inspired by the will, and from the purity of its flora and its ecological richness, we produced our food. With love and care, we picked our organic materials and made oak honey, lemon, rosemary, olive oil and thyme...
