Mountain flowers honey

This honey is collected from the flowers in multiple
locations around Qornet Es Sawda the highest peak in
Lebanon, around 3000 m above sea level. Where our
bees are kept between the spring and summer, drinking    
water from melting ice and collecting nectars from a diverse 
collection of unique mountain flowers found only in this area.
This honey has an amber color, with a delicate and complex flavor.
Raw, and unfiltered, soft-set honey has a mild palate and velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
 
One of the special things about this type is that it smells like mountain flowers and it crystallizes if placed in low temperatures.
