Oak honey

This honey is produced by bees in mountain areas, where oak trees can be found in multiple
locations from various altitudes starting from 500 m until 900 m.
Mainly our bees make oak honey from a node secretion in the oak trees where we place our hives in Ayoun El Samak, Debeel in North-Lebanon, and Byblos. 
Oak honey has a thick texture and has a dark amber color.
one of the special things about this type is that it does not crystallize even if placed in low temperatures, it is very intense, and chewier in the mouth than the other types of honey.
Oak honey is characterized as honey of very high nutritional value. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, it contains large quantities of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and sodium. The enzymes it contains support metabolism and vital organ function. Also beneficial for the digestive system.
